- *The Role**
As a Director of Customer Engagement at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, upselling and cross-selling our services, and developing long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver solutions and achieve business objectives
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including consulting, implementation, integration, analytics, and managed services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Annual compensation: $170,000 - $225,000 (base salary: $130,000 - $165,000, variable: $40,000 - $60,000)
