We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform. As a key member of our Customer Service organization, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support technology. Your expertise will drive the adoption of third-party solutions and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science.
  • Drive the adoption of third-party solutions and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform.
  • Partner with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance the customer and specialist experience.
  • Manage integrations and adoption of product features, working closely with engineering, data science, and third-party solution providers.
  • Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
  • Define strategy, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate plans.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand regional support expectations and design experiences that meet those needs.
  • Embody the unique arenaflex culture, prioritizing a customer-obsessed and innovative approach.
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
  • Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and drive projects that quantitatively improve customer and specialist experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, as well as a focus on customer care, is highly desirable.
