## Role Overview
This is not a junior marketing role.
- This is a **performance role**. You are responsible for generating leads, lowering cost per acquisition, and improving conversion rates across:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
You will work across multiple dental and education brands. Your output directly impacts revenue.

- Campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling

- Writing high-converting ad copy

- Campaign creation and testing
- Audience building and retargeting
