    Description:
  • Take ownership of a book of large enterprise accounts and serve as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
  • Drive customer retention and renewal by helping clients achieve their digital goals.
  • Design and deliver use-case-based training curricula across enterprise functions to operationalize Quantum Metric at scale.
  • Facilitate advanced sessions, onsite workshops, executive briefings, and workflow integrations to increase adoption.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and alerting solutions to monitor customer digital experiences.
  • Identify high-value opportunities for digital optimization across digital and omni-channel experiences.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that inform customer decisions and digital strategy.
  • Maintain advanced mastery of the Quantum Metric platform and translate product capabilities into customer value.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices and share expertise with peers and customers.
  • Proactively monitor engagement and renewal risk, and execute remediation plans with leadership input.
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to transform data into business impact.
  • Experience working with large, complex quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact business challenges in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong consulting and advisory presence with experience serving as a subject matter expert in customer engagements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills.
  • Confidence training and engaging large audiences of 50+ participants.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple client needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for onsite customer enablement.
  • Experience in Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) is preferred.
