As a Dayforce Payroll Analyst, you will collaborate with senior consultants to address payroll-related challenges, focusing on system configuration, functional design documentation, and client training on Dayforce functionality.

Responsibilities

• System configuration
• Preparing functional design documents
• Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
• Participating in all stages of payroll system implementations, from testing and troubleshooting to client training on Dayforce functionality

Skills

• Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Experience in payroll implementation
• Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
