Role Overview
We are searching for experienced Information Science experts to drive our logical transformation in the Talent Acquisition space. As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a ground-up remake of our analytical capabilities, from data entry and pipeline management to complex business transformations and end-user reporting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist specializing in Talent Acquisition Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR specialists, software engineers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide analytical support that drives strategic decision-making.

Essential Qualifications
