They are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service related to travel bookings and ensure smooth journeys for customers.


Responsibilities

  • Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
  • Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly

Skills

  • Fluent in Danish (C1 level, both spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to help find solutions and provide answers to customer inquiries
