Veritiv is a leading full-service provider of packaging solutions, serving a wide range of industries. The Customer Service Representative will provide high-touch service to customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries, orders, and complaints.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives
  • Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing
  • Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts
  • Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts
  • Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines
  • SAP Experience
  • 1-3 years of related job experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma/GED
