- Flexible Hours: You set your own schedule! Choose the hours that work best for you, whether you prefer early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts.
- Operating Hours: Available hours span from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week (Monday through Sunday).
- Weekend Availability: We have both weekday and weekend options available to accommodate various availability preferences.
- Peak Season Emphasis: January through April represents our peak period, offering enhanced earning opportunities for contractors who are available during these high-demand times.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
We believe in rewarding our contractors fairly for their time, expertise, and dedication. Here is what you can expect:
- Hourly Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour based on performance and availability.
- Performance Bonuses: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn between $16-$19 per hour during peak times (January-April) and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak periods.
