Position Overview
We're looking to hire two customer support professionals who will work together as a cohesive team to provide exceptional service seven days a week. This is a part-time position offering 24-30 hours per week (typically 3-4 days), with the majority of weekend coverage required. The position is 100% remote, giving you the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience. You'll handle support tickets, assist customers with their inquiries, and work collaboratively with our overseas administrative team to ensure every interaction is resolved promptly and professionally. This role requires someone who can manage their time effectively, work independently, and still be a team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) in a kind, helpful, and professional manner. You must be able to communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure every customer feels valued and heard.
- Ticket Management: Handle and manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner. You'll need excellent organizational skills to track, prioritize, and follow through on customer requests.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our overseas administrative team to coordinate on listing updates, ticket resolution, and process improvements. Clear communication is essential to ensure seamless operations.
- Self-Management: Take ownership of your work and manage your tasks with minimal supervision. Our team functions with a high level of independence, so you must be proactive and responsible.
- Weekend Coverage: Provide support coverage on rotating weekends (approximately two weekends per month). Sundays require morning shifts only, with the schedule determined collaboratively with your teammate.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Feedback Contribution: Share insights and suggestions for improving our customer support processes and overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Native U.S. English Speaker: You must be a native English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Clear, articulate communication is critical for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivation: Must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work without needing constant supervision. We're looking for self-starters who can hit the ground running.
