What You'll Do: Being the Voice of arenaflex

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the embodiment of our brand values in every interaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize chats, phone calls, and emails to engage with our clients. You'll listen attentively to their needs, educate them on the features and benefits of our products and services, and provide proactive recommendations that help them maximize the value of their self-directed retirement accounts.

  • Problem Resolution: Navigate complex situations with confidence and empathy. You'll identify the root cause of client concerns, develop creative solutions, and guide customers through each inquiry from start to finish until their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating genuine care for their financial well-being. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level will be key to fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Educational Advocacy: Serve as a knowledgeable resource who empowers clients to understand their accounts better. Help them navigate the complexities of self-directed retirement investing with confidence.

Essential Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred but not required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.

  • Proven track record in customer support or customer success roles.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt communication styles to different types of clients.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to see complex issues through to resolution.

  • Independent thinking skills with the confidence to make decisions while collaborating with team members.

Preferred Attributes:


  • Experience in the financial services or retirement planning industry.

  • Understanding of self-directed retirement accounts ( IRAs, 401(k)s, etc.).

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.

Position Details: What to Expect


  • Location: This position is fully remote and available exclusively to residents of South Dakota. You will be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD office virtually.

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. This schedule allows for a balanced lifestyle while serving our clients during their peak engagement times.

  • Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour, with compensation commensurate upon experience. We also offer bonus opportunities to reward your hard work and dedication.

  • Equipment: An internet stipend is available to help cover the costs of maintaining a reliable home office setup.

  • Employment Type: Full-time position with all the benefits outlined above.
