About the Role


We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to lead the post-sale customer journey for our portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving successful onboarding, accelerating product adoption, and guiding customers toward achieving their clear business outcomes. You will become an integral part of a cross-functional account team, collaborating closely with Customer Engineering Advisors to align product adoption with customers' technical workflows, and partnering with Sales on retention and growth opportunities.


This is a foundational role ideally suited for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS position who are eager to grow into Senior or Strategic Customer Success positions. In-person customer engagement remains a key component of success in this role. Our experience has consistently shown that on-site visits drive higher adoption rates, deeper relationships, and measurably better business outcomes for our customers. We understand that personal circumstances may arise, and we expect our Customer Success Managers to proactively plan for and prioritize in-person engagement opportunities. Flexibility and a customer-first mindset are essential as you navigate the balance between remote collaboration and on-site presence.


Twice annually, we bring together all arenaflex team members at our headquarters in St. John's, Newfoundland, for our signature Team Week events (typically in June and December). These gatherings foster connection, collaboration, and celebration as we align on company goals and strengthen our team culture.

What You'll Do



  • Own the adoption, satisfaction, and retention metrics for a defined portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts, ensuring each customer achieves their desired outcomes

  • Build, maintain, and execute comprehensive Customer Success Plans that outline clear goals, milestones, and measurable success criteria directly tied to business impact

  • Design and implement onboarding and rollout strategies that support champions and end users through workflow enablement and product training, partnering closely with Customer Engineering Advisors

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and engineering stakeholders across all levels of the customer organization

  • Collaborate with Customer Engineering Advisors to support process change management and drive workflow adoption across customer teams

  • Identify and resolve adoption blockers with urgency and creativity, proactively mitigating risk to customer success and satisfaction

  • Lead structured business reviews that translate arenaflex usage data into measurable outcomes and demonstrable business impact

  • Contribute to the development of playbooks, onboarding tools, and scalable Customer Success programs as we continue to grow and evolve

  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction

  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and contribute to renewal conversations while maintaining customer-centric focus

  • Represent arenaflex professionally in customer meetings, demonstrating deep product knowledge and understanding of industry challenges

What We're Looking For



  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, BDR/SDR, or another customer-facing role in B2B SaaS environments

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally to diverse audiences

  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • A bias for action and high degree of accountability – you take ownership and deliver results

  • Highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering against tight timelines

  • Genuine curiosity about technical workflows and enthusiasm for learning how engineering teams operate and solve problems

  • Comfortable working with data to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and drive actionable success plans

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet customers on-site and attend key business reviews

  • Self-motivated learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces continuous improvement

Nice to Have



  • Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial domains – understanding the unique challenges faced by these industries

  • Experience with onboarding, change management, or SaaS customer lifecycle models

  • Exposure to popular SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Mixpanel, Gainsight, or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) or computer-aided design (CAD) software

  • Understanding of subscription metrics such as NRR, ARR, and churn indicators
