About This Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you are the friendly face that puts the wow in every customer interaction. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a vital member of our store team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while keeping our locations running smoothly. Here's what you can expect to do:


  • Warm Welcome & Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously. Your positive attitude and genuine smile will set the tone for their entire shopping experience.

  • Food Preparation Excellence: Prepare delicious food items including our famous breakfast offerings, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and more. You'll master the art of food preparation while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

  • Coffee Station Mastery: Keep our coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked. Ensure every cup of coffee is brewed to perfection and that customers can easily access their favorite morning pick-me-up.

  • Cash Handling & Register Operations: Operate the cash register with precision, handle various payment methods, process transactions accurately, and ensure all financial dealings are completed securely and efficiently.

  • Fuel & Gift Card Services: Activate fuel cards and gift cards, assisting customers with their fueling needs and gift purchasing requirements.

  • Age Verification & Compliance: Assist with lottery services and perform ID verification for age-restricted products, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Inventory Management: Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Monitor product levels and communicate with your team about restocking needs.

  • Store Cleanliness & Safety: Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

  • Housekeeping Duties: Complete various store housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and ensuring all areas of the store meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service roles
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Cash handling experience
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Must be 16+ years of age or older

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to pass a background check (as applicable)

  • Legal authorization to work in the country

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
