As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
  • The ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bilingual a plus.
