Essential Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent – this is the minimum qualification we require, and we value diverse educational backgrounds.
- Experience: One or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, retail, or sales environments.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll know your schedule four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan ahead and maintain work-life balance.
- Availability: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Sales Background: Experience working in a commission-based environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
