As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Providing solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
  • Taking inbound calls and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, as well as relevant industry trends and developments

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g. Med Assistant) a plus
