In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with inquiries and order fulfillment to support their sleep health needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat ensuring outstanding customer service
- Assist patients with orders, status updates, and basic equipment troubleshooting
- Verify and update patient information, insurance details, and prescription requirements
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and billing teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently
- Act as a liaison between medical offices, insurance providers, and patients to facilitate prescribed therapy
- Educate patients on CPAP products, resupply programs, and therapy best practices
- Analyze account data to assist with insurance, billing, and compliance questions
- Schedule PAP deliveries and clinical appointments
- Troubleshoot PAP machines, masks, and therapy to support patient adherence
- Foster a cohesive team atmosphere within Aeroflow Sleep for better patient service
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or similar preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, web browsing, and data entry
