As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and effective support
  • Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
  • Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Log and document participant conversations/issues, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless communication
  • Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website, ensuring a seamless user experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous open enrollment experience, with a strong understanding of HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
