Position Overview: Customer Service Representative (Remote – Texas)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. - Shift: Night Shift – 4 x 10-hour days (Friday through Monday)
- Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Accurately and efficiently input orders and appointments into multiple computer systems, ensuring all customer inquiries are properly documented for our outside sales team.
- Problem Resolution: Tackle challenging customer issues independently and collaboratively as part of our team, finding solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalated phone calls with composure and urgency to minimize customer frustration, providing detailed summaries to management for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
- General Office Support: Perform various administrative duties including filing, faxing, and creating professional Word and Excel documents as needed.
