Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our thriving pharmacy team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position exclusively available to residents of Kentucky. As part of our commitment to serving pet parents in the Bluegrass State, you must reside within the state of Kentucky and, specifically, within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky in compliance with state regulations.
In this role, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, interacting directly with pet parents who reach out for support with their pet's pharmacy needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to pets, pet parents, and pet partners everywhere. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, serving as a trusted resource for medication inquiries, order support, and health-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to make a positive impact. Here are the core responsibilities you'll own:
- Engage Directly with Pet Parents: Respond to incoming inquiries from pharmacy customers via telephone, email, and chat platforms. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic support for a wide range of topics including medication refills, prescription transfers, dosage questions, and order status updates.
- Problem-Solving & Resolution: Research and analyze customer concerns to determine appropriate solutions. Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow up to ensure complete resolution. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment. Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or call center settings is highly valued.

- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. You should be able to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions quickly.

- Residency Requirement: Must be a resident of Kentucky and reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky.
- Licensing Requirement: Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license (or already possess one). This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position due to the pharmacy-related nature of the role.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass all required background checks as part of the hiring process.
