To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require our CSRs to meet the following technical and environmental standards:
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25MBPS and upload speed of 5MBPS
- Ability to direct wire to your modem
- A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions and interruptions

- 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
- Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
- Ability to accurately type 35wpm or more
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100 calls per day
