About This Role: Customer Service Representative – Work From Home
We are currently seeking motivated, full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (and caring heart) that represents arenaflex to thousands of pet parents every day. You'll engage in meaningful conversations, solve problems, and create positive experiences that keep our customers coming back.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You'll need to reside within 90 miles of Richardson, Texas, to ensure you can participate in any required in-person activities or training sessions. Our starting wage for this role is $15.50 per hour, with numerous opportunities to learn, grow, and increase your earnings as you develop your skills.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days will be exactly alike. You'll handle a wide variety of customer interactions, making each day exciting and different. Here's what you can expect:
- Customer Engagement: You'll engage directly with customers who reach out for various reasons—whether they're shopping for their new puppy, looking for the perfect chew toy for their cat, or seeking advice on pet nutrition. You'll be their trusted advisor, helping them find exactly what they need.
- Problem Solving: When something doesn't go as planned, you'll step in to research issues, analyze situations, and determine appropriate solutions. You'll think proactively to anticipate customer needs and set follow-ups as needed to ensure every issue is fully resolved.

What You'll Need: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required. This can include retail, call center, hospitality, or any other customer-facing role where you developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: You'll need to demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. As part of our hiring process, you'll be asked to complete a written assessment to evaluate these skills.
- Multi-tasking Ability: You must be comfortable maintaining a conversation while simultaneously navigating on the computer, taking notes, and searching for information. The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using computers is required—both for data entry and for rapid navigation through various systems and the internet to find information that helps support our customers.
- Adaptability: You must be able to adapt to change with the business needs of the company. The pet industry is fast-paced, and flexibility is key to success.
- Schedule Flexibility: You must be flexible to shift schedules and work overtime as needed by the business unit. This may include evenings, weekends, or holidays during peak periods.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Background Check: You must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Location: You must reside within 90 miles of Richardson, Texas, to be eligible for this position.
Preferred Qualifications

Technical Requirements: Setting Up Your Home Office
Since this is a remote position, you'll need to set up a proper home office that meets our technical standards. Don't worry—we'll provide most of the equipment you need!
Workspace Requirements
- Your work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions
- Any background noise that could impact the customer experience must be eliminated
- Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use, as team meetings and video calls are a regular part of our collaboration
Internet Requirements
- You must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection
- Minimum download speed: 30 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 10 Mbps
- You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider
