Position Overview

We are currently seeking ambitious, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care Team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for a prestigious high-end jewelry brand, providing exceptional service to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Your ability to multitask effectively, demonstrate empathy, and resolve issues efficiently will be crucial to your success in this position.

This is a full-time position with flexible shift options, including day, evening, and morning shifts. We offer both in-office and remote work arrangements, giving you the flexibility to choose the environment that best suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary service to customers across multiple channels. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Support: Efficiently manage and switch between various programs, websites, and communication platforms to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a dedicated advocate for customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction to ensure their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

  • Omnichannel Service: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive, exciting, and courteous tone throughout all communications.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within arenaflex and communicate with local store managers to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Problem Resolution: Quickly identify customer problems, document all case notes accurately, and provide reasonable, effective solutions that align with company policies and customer expectations.

  • Follow-Up Support: Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding matters, ensuring complete resolution and providing additional assistance as needed to exceed customer expectations.

  • Sales Assistance: Meet monthly sales goals by assisting customers with placing orders, answering questions about products and services, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer shopping experience.

  • Professional Representation: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and positivity in all customer interactions, representing the arenaflex brand with distinction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to write, spell, and read English fluently with excellent communication skills.

  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent education required.

  • Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple applications and websites simultaneously.

  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check as part of our commitment to maintaining trust with our clients and their customers.

  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

  • Reliability: Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of call center experience preferred; 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Technical Requirements

For remote work arrangements, candidates must meet the following technical specifications:

  • Computer Specifications:
    • Windows 10 operating system required (Mac or Chromebook not compatible)
    • CPU: Minimum 2 GHz without video or screen monitoring/recording; Core i3/5/7 with video and/or screen monitoring/recording
    • Memory: Minimum 4 GB RAM
  • Network Requirements:
    • TCP/IP network required (hard-wired LAN recommended)
    • Voice bandwidth: 100 Kbps (G.711), 32 Kbps (G.729)
    • Video calling bandwidth: Approximately 600 Kbps
    • Allowed network ports: 40,000 to 65,535
    • Outbound firewall UDP port 5080 open for SIP signaling
    • UDP port 5060 open for SIP softphone
    • QoS router configurations recommended for UDP packets
    • Router/Firewall ALG/SIP Packet inspection must be disabled
  • Headset Requirements: Professional series headsets with USB connectivity. Recommended models include:

    • Sennheiser SC 230/260 USB series
    • Logitech H650e
  • Software Requirements:
    • Active Firewall enabled
    • Browsers: Google Chrome 80+, Mozilla Firefox 60+, or Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 7, 8, or 10)
    • TeamViewer application for remote technical assistance
  • Physical Capabilities:
    • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours unassisted
    • Ability to enter data for up to 8 hours unassisted
    • Ability to view PC screen for up to 8 hours
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment

Work Environment and Schedule

Compensation and Benefits
