As a Member Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members when they have questions, concerns, or need assistance understanding their coverage. You'll help them decode their benefits, locate in-network providers, resolve billing issues, and ensure they receive the care they deserve. What You'll Do
As an integral member of our Member Care team, you will:
- Handle inbound telephone calls and digital chat communications from arenaflex members seeking information about our products, services, and coverage options
- Deliver warm, empathetic customer service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences for every member
- Build genuine rapport and cultivate lasting relationships with members by actively listening to their needs and concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Educate members about their health plans, benefits, coverage details, and available resources
- Navigate complex healthcare scenarios to help members understand their options and make informed decisions
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain meticulous records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including claims, underwriting, and provider relations to resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team knowledge base
- Stay current on industry regulations, company policies, and product updates to provide accurate information
