The Customer Service Representative supports existing customers by assisting with product selection, quotation preparation, order processing, and ongoing relationship development in a B2B industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist existing customers with product selection and technical coordination
- Prepare and manage quotations and order documentation
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers in an industrial B2B setting
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support ongoing account management and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Capable of self-study and independent research
- Team-oriented mindset
- Relationship-focused approach to customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial products
