You will be responsible for handling a high-volume of incoming calls from residential and commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • High-Volume Call Management: Handle between 75 to 120 incoming calls per day in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal wait times for customers while maintaining quality service standards.

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs through active listening, clarify information to ensure understanding, and thoroughly research every issue to provide accurate and effective solutions.

  • Database Management: Maintain our call center database by accurately entering and updating customer information, service requests, and interaction records to ensure data integrity.

  • Policy Adherence: Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction to maintain consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer complaints and concerns, working to de-escalate situations and find mutually beneficial solutions that maintain customer relationships.

  • Account Assistance: Help customers with account inquiries, billing questions, service scheduling, and general information about our waste and recycling services.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and resolution outcomes for quality assurance and continuous improvement purposes.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinate complex customer requests across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Minimum one year of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience in person and/or phone customer service roles
