We are a small, community-based ABA program serving young learners and families across Ohio. Our clinic has operated for nearly five years with a strong emphasis on safety, ethical practice, and relationship-based care..

We serve families who often navigate systemic barriers such as long waitlists, transportation challenges, and limited access to related services. Our approach prioritizes meaningful progress, dignity, and collaboration over compliance-driven or corporate models.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide fully remote clinical services to support our learners and staff. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical judgment, scope-of-practice clarity, and long-term learner outcomes within a smaller, values-driven program.

    Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide remote clinical supervision to RBTs/technicians in compliance with BACB and Ohio regulations
  • Monitor learner progress using data-driven decision making
  • Support skill acquisition across communication, adaptive, and behavioral domains within ABA scope
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Provide constructive, supportive feedback to staff that promotes growth and confidence
    Required Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active Ohio Behavioral Analyst license (required)
  • Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with early intervention or young learners
  • Ability to interpret behavior within developmental and environmental context
