Position Overview

This is a full-time seasonal position with the possibility of overtime, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the photography and education services industry. You will play a critical role in supporting our schools, students, families, and internal staff by providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver smiles and lasting memories to countless families across our community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, representing our company with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Phone Support and Communication: Answer incoming calls on our Customer Service department phone lines to respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address questions about portrait sessions, orders, and services. You will serve as the first point of contact for parents, school administrators, and students seeking assistance.
  • Problem Resolution: Conduct thorough research to investigate customer concerns and complaints. Work diligently to resolve issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Document all interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Order Management: Perform accurate data entry into our company software systems to assist customers with placing orders for portraits, yearbook packages, and additional products. Ensure all order details are captured correctly to prevent errors and delays.
  • Phone Order Processing: Process customer orders that are called in over the phone, entering information precisely into our system while providing confirmation and next steps to customers.
  • Administrative Support: Complete various filing tasks and organizational duties to maintain accurate records and help track customer orders throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is required. You must demonstrate the ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is paramount in this role. You will be responsible for accurately entering data, processing orders, and maintaining records that directly impact customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows-based software including Microsoft Word and Excel is required. You should be comfortable navigating software applications and learning new systems quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers over the phone and provide clear, helpful information.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This full-time seasonal position offers the following:


  • Standard Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Shift: 8-hour shift

  • Overtime: Available based on business needs during peak seasons

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00 per hour

  • Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
