What You'll Be Doing (Essential Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling a wide variety of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Issue Resolution: Actively identify and escalate customer problems or concerns to your Manager. Ensure appropriate actions are taken promptly to resolve issues while maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Consistently build your product knowledge and refine your skills through daily on-the-job training and development opportunities. Compensation & Benefits
