What You'll Do in This Role
As an On-Site Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave lasting impressions. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Your Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who bring integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion to every customer interaction. The ideal candidate will deliver value and success with every interaction. Here's what we need:
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but we welcome eager learners)
- Residence within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta, GA site
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or billing resolution
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment
- Bilingual language capabilities (a plus, but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism
