Customer Experience Excellence
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, offering genuine assistance with products and services tailored to their needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, answering questions and ensuring complete satisfaction before they leave
- Model and share industry-leading customer service best practices with team members to maintain our reputation for excellence
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal habits including friendly greetings, meaningful eye contact, and consistent courtesy

Sales and Register Operations
- Process customer purchases accurately on assigned cash registers, collecting payments and distributing change precisely as requested
- Handle voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges professionally while adhering to company policies
- Recommend items for sale to customers, suggesting complementary trade-up products and companion items to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain impeccable accuracy in all financial transactions while delivering fast and efficient checkout service
Store Operations and Merchandising
- Keep counters and shelves clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised to create an inviting shopping environment
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies
- Receive, check in, and price merchandise as required or as directed by store management
- Implement arenaflex asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, protecting company resources
- Ensure strict compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products
- Construct and maintain eye-catching displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise displays
- Complete display resets and revisions as directed, ensuring our store presentation remains fresh and engaging
- Assist with proper food separation and product placement according to company policies, including storing raw and pre-cooked foods appropriately
- Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation methods and manage restock outs to ensure product freshness and quality
Specialized Service Areas
- Provide exceptional customer service in the photo area, including operating digital passport photo services, poster printing, and creative printing machines
- Execute suggestive selling of promotional photo products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive additional sales
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders in our digital systems, filling customer orders (pick items), and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store
- Demonstrate working knowledge of store systems and equipment to maximize operational efficiency
Store Maintenance and Team Collaboration
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure our store maintains a clean, neat, orderly, and professional appearance at all times
- Comply with all arenaflex policies and procedures while maintaining respectful, collaborative relationships with coworkers
- Complete special assignments and additional tasks as needed to support team success
What We're Looking For: Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
