Position Summary

Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Assist current and future customers by answering product, service, and shipping questions while suggesting relevant information about other products and services that may enhance their experience.

  • Documentation & Record Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records by recording precise notes and tagging tickets correctly in our ticketing system to ensure seamless follow-up and information retrieval.

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment when needed, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • Product & Service Recommendations: Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to help improve our offerings.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and participating actively in team initiatives and projects.

  • Performance Metrics: Continuously meet metrics on all required weekly stats and participate in Simple Weekly Performance Reviews to track and improve your performance.

  • Multi-Channel Support: Multitask efficiently answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism in each interaction.

  • Team Engagement: Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional collaborations to stay updated on product knowledge and company processes.

  • Typing Proficiency: Typing speed of 40-45 WPM with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment for a minimum of 3 years.

  • Previous experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Magento platforms.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce customer service best practices.

  • Background in wellness, health, or natural product industries.

  • Knowledge of CBD or hemp-based products is a plus but not required.

Working Environment

Our remote team consists of 8-12 dedicated agents, supported by a supervisor and managers who are committed to your success.

The surrounding noise level in our virtual workspace is manageable, and we provide the tools and resources you need to succeed.

Physical Requirements


While performing the daily duties of this job, you will be regularly required to:



  • Sit for extended periods of time while handling customer interactions and managing the ticketing system.

  • Use hands to handle the ticketing system, computers, and other office equipment.

  • Occasionally stand and move around during breaks.

  • Lift or move items up to 10-25 lbs as needed for occasional office tasks.

  • Possess close and distance vision abilities for working on computer screens and reading documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
