Position Summary
The Customer Care Representative reports directly to the Manager of Customer Care and serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with billing inquiries, service changes, account management, and technical support. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the overall positive reputation of arenaflex.
In this position, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, billing systems, and customer relationship management tools. Key Responsibilities

- Installation Support: Complete installation tickets in the morning and throughout the day to ensure accuracy in billing and inventory tracking. This includes coordinating with field technicians and ensuring all necessary equipment is properly documented.

- System Utilization: Maintain consistent proficiency in Excel, SONAR (our project management and database system), and other software platforms. You'll use these tools to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate reports as needed.
- Construction and Infrastructure Support: Review construction drawings in SONAR for new account setup, ensuring that service availability is accurately communicated to customers and that installations are properly scheduled.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside peers, team leaders, and other departments to share ideas, solve complex customer issues, and continuously improve our service delivery. This collaborative approach ensures comprehensive solutions for every customer.
