About the Role: Customer Care Professional – Small Business Services

As a Customer Care Professional with arenaflex's Small Business Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and decision-makers who rely on our products and services to manage their financial needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer receives the personalized support and expert guidance they deserve.

In this position, you will handle inbound calls, engage proactively with clients to understand their unique needs, and recommend tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of Small Business Services products. Your ability to listen actively, empathize with customer concerns, and provide accurate, timely information will be key to your success—and to the continued satisfaction of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from small business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate decision-makers, actively listening to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Consultative Selling: Identify opportunities to educate customers about arenaflex SBS products and services, presenting solutions that align with their business requirements and financial objectives.

  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of arenaflex Small Business Services offerings, including credit cards, payment solutions, expense management tools, and business financing options.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with customers through exceptional active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach that positions you as a trusted advisor.

  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, navigating complex issues to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining professionalism and composure.

  • Sales Acumen: Continuously develop and refine key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding customer pain points, handling objections, and closing transactions with integrity.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record customer account information, transaction details, and interaction notes in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Regulatory Adherence: Strictly comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines governing financial services, including consumer protection laws, data privacy regulations, and arenaflex's internal compliance standards.

  • Multi-Tasking Efficiency: Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Essential Qualifications


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on customer service experience, preferably in a financial services, retail, or call center environment.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with measurable results in both customer satisfaction and sales performance.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit card operations.

  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a significant asset.

  • Track record of exceeding performance targets in customer satisfaction (CSAT) and sales metrics.
