As a Technical Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll serve as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in guiding projects from conception to delivery. Here's what your role entails:


  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collect, develop, plan, and maintain comprehensive business requirements for various projects and systems—from initial concept through final implementation—ensuring all requirements meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

  • Process Documentation: Conduct discovery, identification, and thorough documentation of existing processes. Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both business and IT teams to identify requirements, drive development, manage testing, and coordinate architecture while delivering changes required by the business and other IT groups.

  • System Enhancement: Analyze, design, and maintain production systems, programs, and applications. Collaborate with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and address raised issues.

  • Project Management Support: Provide effective project processes and deliverables to streamline the project lifecycle. Assist in maintaining and communicating project status reports and tracking milestones.

  • Requirements Translation: Convert high-level business requirements into executable, detailed user stories that enable agile development and innovation across teams.

  • Product Backlog Management: Create and maintain the product backlog. Lead planning sessions with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints and releases.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute projects successfully. Ensure product acceptance and status visibility at key stages of the delivery cycle.

  • Communication & Leadership: Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around products, priorities, and future roadmaps. Attend and lead design sessions with the product team to shape feature development.

  • Issue Resolution: Lead resolution of issues across communication systems based on various technologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

  • Agile Methodology Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies. Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks is essential.

  • Requirements Engineering: Solid experience in discovering, identifying, and documenting processes. Proven ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document requirements effectively.

  • Testing & Automation: Experience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites. Understanding of test-driven development is a plus.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical competence to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs. Ability to understand system architectures and technical constraints.
