NVR, Inc. is a parent company of several homebuilding brands, and they are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their collaborative team. In this role, you will provide customer service support by assisting homeowners with warranty concerns and managing expectations through clear communication.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns
  • Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action
  • Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations
  • Fully document each call accordingly
  • Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
  • Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as NVR does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Drug Testing and Credit Check are required
