Securities and Derivatives Associate Analyst

The role involves executing trade settlement, managing risks, and ensuring compliance while working closely with experienced professionals to resolve issues and drive improvements in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end securities settlement processing
• Manage breaks, fails, and exceptions with urgency
• Solve problems that matter
• Strengthen controls and minimize risk
• Support the business and drive improvement
• Communicate with clarity and professionalism

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in settlement operations, middle office, treasury operations, or a related operational role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with complexity and volume
• Technical aptitude
• Ownership mentality
• Resilience and sound judgment
• Familiarity with securities products, settlement processes, and reconciliation
• Experience with Excel (including macros) and internal banking systems
