Corporate Strategy Analyst – Strategy Planning

Humana is a healthcare company committed to putting health first. The Corporate Strategy Analyst role involves identifying and analyzing growth opportunities, supporting senior leaders in strategic decision-making, and developing executive-level deliverables and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
• Identify and incorporate relevant data to inform strategic decisions
• Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
• Identify the short and long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or analysis
• Analytical skills (ex: quantitative analysis and research, stakeholder management, and financial modeling)
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
• Passion for Humana's focus on value-based healthcare for seniors
• Exposure to the healthcare industry
