Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate multiple research projects for faculty associated with the Vermont Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Unit to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • This includes managing staff, coordinating field work, equipment maintenance, data management, budget management, and completing reports to funding agencies

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with one to three years of related experience
  • Field work experience
  • Data management experience
  • Ability to complete CITI training for working with animals in research settings
  • US Coastguard Motorboats Operations Certification
  • Experience with large datasets
  • Experience with environmental observing equipment
  • Experience with grant management
