Role Overview

As a Content Engineer, you will be the architect of our AI-powered content factory. Instead of writing individual pieces, you will design the systems, prompts, and automated workflows that generate high-quality use cases at scale. You will bridge the gap between creative content strategy and technical automation to ensure our AI outputs are consistent, brand-aligned, and structurally sound.

    What You Will Do
  • System Architecture: Design and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows that automate the creation of use case content.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine complex prompt logic and system rules to ensure tone, accuracy, and structural consistency.
  • Quality Governance: Monitor AI outputs for pattern failures or "hallucinations" and iterate on system logic to fix them.
  • Strategic Integration: Partner with Content Leads and Governance teams to translate brand guidelines into technical system behaviors.
  • Scalability: Ensure AI systems remain reliable and adaptable as new industries or business priorities are introduced.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of prompt versions, system rules, and workflows for auditability and team knowledge.
    Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience working with AI-driven content systems or automation workflows.
  • AI Expertise: Proven skill in drafting and testing prompts for Generative AI (Gemini, Claude, GPT-4).
  • Logic-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build "If/Then" rules for structured content.
  • Communication: Precise written English skills, specifically for documenting technical systems.
    Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager/AEM).
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics to optimize content based on data feedback.
  • Knowledge of Structured Content Models or Content Governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
