About the Role

We are seeking motivated Consumer‑Direct Mortgage Loan Officers with 1–2 years of origination experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on the front‑end of the mortgage process—nurturing leads, building rapport, and securing the sales contract. Once the contract is obtained, our back‑office team takes over and supports the loan through closing.

If you enjoy working warm leads, connecting with homebuyers, and helping them take the first big step toward homeownership, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Handle a steady flow of inbound inquiries from well-known home‑buyer websites
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to nurture on-line applications received and other interested prospects
• Build trust and guide borrowers through the early stages of the mortgage process
• Collect borrower information and assist in obtaining the sales contract
• Transition files to the processing/operations team for full support through closing
• Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up tasks in the CRM

Qualifications
• 1–2 years of mortgage origination experience
• Strong phone communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to manage multiple warm leads in a fast‑paced environment
• NMLS license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
