We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to help us build, grow, and lead a highly engaged community across social platforms and our private membership ecosystem on Skool.

This is not a basic moderation role. We are building a movement and we need someone who understands how to create connection, conversation, and culture at scale.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn an audience into a deeply engaged community.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow our community inside Skool (primary focus) and across social platforms (Instagram, etc.)

Respond to comments and DMs in Lauren’s voice warm, strong, and leadership-driven

Create daily engagement inside Skool (posts, prompts, wins, conversations)

Support launches, challenges, and live trainings by activating the community

Build systems that increase participation, retention, and user-generated content

Identify trends, feedback, and opportunities from the community

Help create a culture of leadership, accountability, and transformation within the community

Who You Are

Proven experience managing and growing online communities (required)

Experience with Skool or similar membership platforms (highly preferred)

Deep understanding of engagement strategies on Instagram and community platforms

Strong communicator—you know how to connect, not just respond

Proactive and organized—you take ownership and move fast

Able to match brand voice and communicate in an elevated, intentional tone

Passionate about personal growth, parenting, or transformational spaces

Bonus If You Have

Experience with ManyChat or DM automation

Experience supporting digital product launches or memberships

Background in coaching, education, or community-led brands

Highly engaged Skool community (daily activity, posts, comments)

Strong member retention and participation

Community members feel seen, supported, and activated

Increased connection between Lauren’s content and community experience
