They are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Specialist to strengthen their brand presence by leading outreach efforts, organizing events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive visibility and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage locally focused content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Reimer branches and their surrounding communities
  • Organize and attend local events, outreach programs, and sponsorships
  • Represent Reimer Home Services professionally and positively at all times
  • Track budgets and inventory for community events and promotional materials
  • Collect feedback and report on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Inform branch staff about community engagement and social media best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align local efforts with broader brand goals

Skills

  • Willingness to work weekends and travel as needed (role based in Albany, NY area)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in community outreach, event planning, or social media preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office and field-based)
