Centum Capital Group is expanding its Florida Industrial Brokerage and is seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals who want to operate in a modern, technology-driven environment with materially higher earning potential.

We are an AI-focused commercial real estate brokerage specializing in industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets. Our platform is designed to help agents move faster, source better opportunities, and execute transactions more efficiently in today’s competitive market.

This is a performance-based role intended for professionals who want more than traditional splits and legacy tools.

Responsibilities
• Source and execute industrial leasing, investment sales & Syndications throughout Florida
• Develop direct relationships with owners, operators, and investors (LP's)
• Originate on-market and off-market opportunities
• Leverage AI tools to scale outreach and improve efficiency
• Collaborate internally on debt, equity and syndication solutions associated with transactions
• Compensation & Upside - Commission-based compensation
• Aggressive splits guaranteed to beat your current brokerage split
• Opportunity to earn additional compensation on debt and equity advisory transactions related to deals you are involved in
• Opportunity to participate alongside select transactions on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable agreements and eligibility

This role does not involve investment solicitation or fundraising.

Candidate Requirements
• Active Florida Real Estate License Preferred (not necessary for Acquisitions Roles)
• Commercial or industrial real estate experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to source, execute, or support transactions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-direction
