What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the evolution of our commercial legal function — creating clarity, removing friction, and empowering teams to build confidently. Expect meaningful ownership and close collaboration with product, operations, partner programs, and leadership as you:

Build scalable, future‑ready legal processes that keep pace with our global growth
Partner across the organization to deliver practical, business‑focused commercial guidance
Turn complex challenges into clear, repeatable frameworks and decision paths
Shape global contracting standards that drive consistency and efficiency
Guide the creation and launch of new services and commercial models
Translate legal concepts into accessible, actionable advice
Elevate legal awareness by scanning emerging trends across cloud, data, privacy and cybersecurity

Strong judgement across intellectual property, security, privacy and commercial risk
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead with clarity
Considerable experience shaping processes, frameworks, and scalable legal operations
Confidence with collaboration tools and contract management systems

Pay & Benefits

💰 Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on experience

Background Checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
