Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of student and parent inquiries via phone and email regarding student health insurance enrollment, waivers, and general coverage questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions, follow-ups, and escalations within internal systems
- Provide empathetic, professional customer support while collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service processes during peak enrollment seasons
Skills
- Prior customer service experience required, preferably in a high-volume phone and email support environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist students and parents in a professional, patient, and empathetic manner
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively during busy seasons
