Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Learn and expand knowledge of the insurance industry and the company
- Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Minimum 12+ months of relevant customer service and/or insurance claims experience
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Solid computer multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
- Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career path
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- An associate's degree or higher (preferred)
- Active Adjusters insurance license (preferred)
