Client Training Specialist

Kicksite is a cutting-edge technology company located in Overland Park, KS that is doing exciting things for business owners all over the globe. They are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Training Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for their website and software clients. The role involves guiding clients through the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to promote long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
• Conduct kickoff meetings to explain the onboarding process, set expectations, and address client questions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience during the onboarding process
• Work closely with clients to gather all required materials, including data, logos, images, content, branding guidelines, and any other assets needed for their website or software
• Provide clear instructions and templates to streamline material submission
• Ensure all materials meet project standards and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, materials, and project statuses using our CRM or project management tools
• Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress and client feedback for the Success Associate Team Lead

Skills

• Experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools (Hubspot and JIRA)
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with website development processes and terminology is a plus
