NFP, an Aon company, is a recognized leader in Business Insurance, offering consultative solutions to clients globally. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support life insurance and wealth management teams by assisting with client service and new business activities, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely support.
Responsibilities
- Support both life insurance and wealth management activities by preparing materials for client and prospect meetings, including summaries, illustrations, reports, proposals, and presentations
- Assist with new business processing across insurance and investment accounts by preparing paperwork, tracking requirements, and updating internal systems
- Coordinate requirements for insurance underwriting such as scheduling medical exams and requesting records
- Communicate with clients and agents to provide updates, gather information, and support follow-through for both insurance and wealth management items
- Review issued policies and investment documents, assist with delivery, and help track outstanding requirements or payments
- Support ongoing client service by helping monitor policy and account status, including overdue items or service needs, and escalating issues as needed
- Process routine service requests for both insurance policies and investment accounts (e.g., address, beneficiary, ownership, and allocation changes)
- Assist with basic updates such as reinstatements, account or coverage changes, and other maintenance requests
- Follow up with insurance carriers, custodians, and vendors to confirm service requests are completed accurately
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records and electronic files for both insurance and wealth management relationships
- Perform general administrative tasks including phone support, mail handling, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with licensing coordination when necessary
- Participate in training and development sessions throughout the year
- Support additional projects and tasks as needed
Skills
- High school diploma
- Strong written and verbal professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about products, services and our associated processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance and support
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems (CRM tools, carrier websites, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to providing excellent client service
- 0–3 years of administrative or client service experience
- Some college or college degree
- Life & Health insurance license
