Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service
- Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys
- Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines
- Learn and grow through hands-on training, mentorship, and project opportunities
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of managing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced settings
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative in evolving business environments
- Experience handling auto and GL/PD claims is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation
